Memristor has shown significant application prospects in the post Moore’s electron era, but its application in the field of reproductive medicine is still blank. In this work, a memristor with Ag/C 40 H 56 -PEDOT:PSS/FTO structure was prepared by using a heterojunction of natural biomaterial carotene (C 40 H 56 ) and Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) as the functional layer of the device, which demonstrates remarkable resistance switching capabilities under a certain bias voltage. Subsequently, this memristor was employed to monitor the follicular fluid within the ovaries during aging, indicating that the device can be effectively employed to monitor the follicular fluid within the ovaries during the aging process and to conduct diagnoses by leveraging the correlation between H 2 O 2 and oocyte aging. Furthermore, the results confirm the memristor can assist physicians in predicting ovarian function, oocyte quality and subsequent outcomes of embryos in vitro fertilization. Finally, through a meticulous analysis of the testing results, the working mechanisms and conductivity models of the device were comprehensively expounded upon by means of segmented fitting of experimental data. This research work demonstrates the efficacy of memristors in monitoring abnormal oocytes and embryonic outcomes, thereby laying a scientific foundation for the application of memristors in health monitoring and disease diagnosis.
