540Gbps IMDD Transmission over 30km SMF using 110GHz Bandwidth InP EML

We experimentally demonstrated 540Gbps single wavelength modulation by using a novel EML with bandwidth exceeding 110GHz. For the first time, we achieved clear eye-openings at 200GBaud-PAM4, 190GBaud-PAM6 and 180GBaud-PAM8 modulation after 30km SMF transmission
