A persistent left superior vena cava (PLSVC) is the most common thoracic venous anomaly in adults and provides a substrate for arrhythmogenesis1. While thermal ablation to create a PLSVC isolation has been reported, it remains technically challenging and carries a significant risk of collateral damage to adjacent structures2. A standardized approach has yet to be established.
