Further advances in gradient performance, coil technology, sequence design, and quantitative diffusion techniques are increasing the effectiveness of MR neurography in the diagnosis of lumbosacral plexopathies such as entrapment, iatrogenic and posttraumatic injuries, hypertrophic neuropathy, and neoplasms.
