Prolonged cytopenias following CAR-T therapy remain a challenge.We present two patients with persistent cytopenias following IEC-HS after CAR-T for myeloma, who received autologous stem cell rescue but developed recurrent and fatal IEC-HS, highlighting complexities of management of post-CART cytopenias.
