“Cyano group bridge”-based enabling high zinc-ion transference number and cycling stability of aqueous zinc-ion batteries

An acrylamide–acrylonitrile copolymer is designed as an aqueous zinc-ion battery electrolyte additive, reducing side-reactions and improving the efficiency of Zn 2+ transference through a “cyano group bridge” improving the battery performance.
