Development of MgO-loaded PLA/dECM antibacterial nanofibrous membranes for enhanced gingival regeneration

A nanofibrous gingival membrane was developed in this study using electrospinning, combining PLA, dECM and MgO. The membranes demonstrated good biocompatibility and antibacterial properties, and promoted gingival tissue regeneration.
