Lamb waves in piezoelectric semiconductor multilayered plates with imperfect interfaces are investigated using the generalized linear spring model. The Legendre polynomial method with analytical integration, accounting for imperfect interfaces, is used to derive field quantities for each layer, corresponding to displacement and traction at the plate interfaces. The complex wave partial differential equations are converted into a generalized eigenvalue problem. The study of Lamb waves in ZnO/GaN bilayer piezoelectric semiconductor plates with imperfect interfaces elucidates the influence of carrier concentration, interface coefficients, plate thickness, and bias electric fields on phase velocity dispersion and attenuation curves.
