An unexpected Lewis acid-catalyzed cascade reaction of bicyclo[1.1.0]butanes with triazinanes toward biscyclobutenyl amines

An unexpected In(OTf) 3 -catalyzed cascade reaction of bicyclo[1.1.0]butanes with triazinanes is reported, providing a series of structurally elegant butterfly-shaped biscyclobutenyl amines in good yields under mild conditions.
