Automated Electrostatic Powder Spraying Equipment based on PLC

The powder spraying machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC, touch screen, wireless server CMT-SVR-200 and other components for upper and lower computer control. Through mobile phones or touch screens, the powder spraying furnace temperature, powder spraying amount, fluidization gas amount, atomization gas amount, spray gun cleaning gas amount, and the size of high-voltage current and voltage are controlled for powder spraying debugging and processing. According to the spraying requirements of metal products with different materials, up to 30 different product combination processing parameters can be preset and edited, and input into the PLC register through touch screen or mobile phone. When powder spraying processing, simply select the corresponding product parameter program, and the PLC program can adjust the preset 7 processing parameters to improve the efficiency of product spraying.
