A Novel High-Performance Miniaturized MEMS Gyroscope North Finding System Utilizing Rotation Modulation Technique

The current study reports on the development of a novel, high-performance miniaturized MEMS gyroscope north finding system, which employs the rotation modulation technique. The system features a compact design with a volume of approximately$31\text{cm}^{3}$, a weight of less than 100g, and a power consumption of under 1.5W. Notably, it achieves a remarkable heading angle precision of better than$0.3^{0}(1\sigma)$within 5 minutes. This advancement holds significant potential as a critical reference for both scientific research and industrial applications.
