Silver nanowire (AgNW)-based transparent conductive films (TCFs) with excellent photoelectronic performance emerge as a promising alternative to indium tin oxide (ITO). In order to enhance the optical properties of AgNWs, a SiO 2 nanosphere (SNS) array antireflection (AR) layer has been introduced to significantly improve the transmittance of pure AgNW films while maintaining their excellent electrical properties. Due to the high surface energy of AgNWs, their chemical and thermal stability is weak. Titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) as a protective layer has been further employed to construct TiO 2 /AgNW/SNS composite TCFs, which achieve a sheet resistance of 21.10 Ω·sq –1 and transmittance of 99.93% at 550 nm. Even after calcination at 400 °C, the sheet resistance is 210.9 Ω·sq –1 with the transmittance of 99.27%, yet it retains a conductive network structure, which is significantly improved compared with the unprotected AgNW TCFs. The composite TCFs have the advantages of simple fabrication process with low cost, superior photoelectronic performance, and good thermal stability, and thus, it provides prospects in the field of photoelectronic devices.
