As the experience of the Epcoritamab (epcor) is not well described in a real-world setting, we herein retrospectively analyzed patients who received treatment of epcor. The drug was administered to 10 patients at Saitama Cancer Center (SCC).Patients who completed at least one treatment cycle were included in the clinical study. This clinical study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, and the protocol and related documents were approved by the Ethics Committee of SCC on March 13, 2024.Informed consent from the patients was obtained in the form of opt-out on the website.Patient listing and baseline characteristics at the start of epcor are shown in Table 1 (cytokine-release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) were symptoms after epcor start). The median duration of observation was 2.8 months (0.5-6.5 months), and the median number of treatment cycles was 2.5 (1-5 cycles)(Figure 1).Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell (CAR-T) therapy was none. The median time from the last dose of bendamustine (benda) to the start of epcor was 7.6 months (1-21 months). The median time from the last dose of rituximab to the start of epcor was 3.3 months (1-36 months). The overall response rate was 70.0%, better than the rates reported from clinical studies. 1,2Complete response (CR) was evaluated in each cycle. The median time to response was 1.86 months (0.5-4.5 months) and CR was 2.5 months (1-4.5 months), which were ...
