Broadband Ca 3 MgZrGe 3 O 12 :Cr 3+ garnet phosphor for high-performance NIR pc-LED application

Cr 3+ -doped Ca 3 MgZrGe 3 O 12 phosphors feature wide NIR emission with a high quantum yield of 82% and excellent thermal stability. The NIR pc-LED exhibits a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 20% and an NIR output power of 54.19 mW@100 mA.
