In this study, CHA/OFF-ERI zeolites with cocrystallized interfaces between small CHA zeolite crystals and OFF-ERI intergrowth zeolite rods were synthesized, which demonstrated superior hydrothermal stability compared to Cu-SSZ-13, Cu- OFF-ERI, and a physical mixture of Cu-SSZ-13 and Cu- OFF-ERI (denoted as Cu-Mixture). Studies on the evolution of the crystallinity and Brønsted acid sites of Cu- CHA/OFF-ERI, Cu-SSZ-13, Cu- OFF-ERI, and Cu-Mixture before and after hydrothermal ageing suggested that the cocrystallized interfaces accounted for the enhanced hydrothermal stability of Cu- CHA/OFF-ERI zeolite. During hydrothermal ageing, the cocrystallized interfaces locked the Al(OH)3 species detach...
