Band alignment of TiO 2 by controling Cl content for high-efficiency perovskite solar cells

By optimizing the growth time of the TiO 2 electron transport layer, the perovskite cell device prepared by TiO 2 with a low interface defect and optimal bandgap matching achieved the highest conversion efficiency of 24.31%.
