P‐11.3: Splicing Seam Simulation Analysis of Glass‐based Micro LED Splicing Screen

This paper mainly studied the splicing seam structure of the splicing screen, analyzed the key factors of the invisible splicing seam: the thickness of the transparent encapsulated layer, the slope length of the edge of the transparent encapsulated layer, and the length of the side encapsulated layer covering the transparent encapsulated layer. Optical simulations were built to analyze the influence of three factors on the visible degree of splicing seam. The simulation results can provide references for the actual production of splicing Micro LED display products.
