Human retina, the most vital part of our visual system, empowers us with the capabilities of sensing and preprocessing the specific external light wavelength environment. Thus, developing the neuromorphic visual perception systems (NVPS) that can wonderfully mimick these gorgeous neurobiological behaviors is essential for interacting with the outside world efficiently. Herein, we proposed FAPbBr3 perovskite optoelectronic synapses (FA-POES) system with capabilities for color recognition and preprocessing. The extraordinary optoelectronic properties and desirable optical band gap of FAPbBr3 perovskite endow the FA-POES with blue light-enhanced features that can imitate the inhibitive melatonin secretion which is related to the regulation of biological sleep patterns. Furthermore, a recognition and preprocessing of red, green, and blue colors can be implemented by adding a custom-defined current comparator module attached with the specific logical operations (AND, XOR, and NOR), demonstrating a potential pathway towards the future promising artificial intelligence (AI) and NVPS fields.
