An End-to-End Delay Analysis Method for Dual-Mode Communication Networks Combining PLC and RF Based on Martingale Theory

In order to solve the contradiction between the development of distribution network service requirements and the bottleneck of traditional communication technology, the dual-mode communication technology standard of High-Speed Power Line Carrier and Radio Frequency has been gradually promoted. In this dual-mode communication network, the end-to-end delay is affected by traffic characteristics, transmission modes and so on. Thus, it is difficult to perform accurate time-backfire probability analysis. To solve these problems, an end-to-end delay analysis method based on martingale framework is proposed in this paper. In this paper, end-to-end delay models of different traffic flows in dual-mode networks are constructed and analyzed, and service flows in time domain are mapped to martingale domain for analysis. Simulation results show that it has a relatively compact time-transgression boundary.
