LncRNA SNHG1 acts as a ceRNA for miR-216a-3p to regulate TMBIM6 expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

We demonstrate for the first time that SNHG1 may act as a competing endogenous RNA and promote ESCC progression through the miR-216a-3p/TMBIM6 axis. This highlights the potential of SNHG1 as a target for ESCC treatment.
