Fabrication of a room-temperature NO 2 gas sensor with high performance at the ppb level using an rGO/BiOCl heterostructure

Fabricated a novel rGO/BiOCl heterojunction based NO 2 sensor. It shows fast response and recovery of 9 s and 21 s, respectively, at room temperature. It shows a higher response (∼3.78 times) even at lower concentrations of NO 2 gas.
