Research on Restrictive Factors of the Whole Industrial Chain Formation of Prefabricated Buildings in Hainan Province

We study restrictive factors and their corresponding importance of the formation of the industrial chain for prefabricated buildings in Hainan Province. First, 14 restrictive factors were extracted from a literature search, and then data were collected through questionnaires, following which SPSS statistical software was used to do a reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis of the valid data. Then four common factors were extracted, the hierarchical analysis model was established, and weight analysis was carried out. The weight of each common factor from large to small is economic benefit, government and market external factors, industry level, and enterprise ability. Of the 14 restrictive factors, the most important is “low return on investment in the prefabricated construction industry,” followed by “imperfect government incentives for constructing prefabricated buildings industrial chain.” Finally, we propose specific measures to promote the formation of industrial chains for prefabricated buildings; these measures involve government economic incentives, industrial alliances, in-house enterprise technology and management, and social recognition. The research results provide references for policy formulation by the relevant government departments.
