(Cell Reports 42, 112259; March 28, 2023) In the originally published version of this article, a wrong immunofluorescence image was used for Mettl3f/f Lyzm-Cre group (METTL3 cKO, the upper one) in Figure 3M. Instead of the correct METTL3 cKO-CXCL1 image, a repeated WT-CXCL1 was used. The figure now appears correctly in the article online and is shown below for readers’ reference. The error and the correction thereof did not affect the conclusions of the paper. The authors regret the error. METTL3-mediated m6A mRNA methylation regulates neutrophil activation through targeting TLR4 signalingLuo et al.Cell ReportsMarch 14, 2023In BriefLuo et al. show that METTL3-mediated m6A modification controls neutrophil activation by regulating TLR4/Myd88/NF-κB signaling and modulating the expression of CXCR2 in a TLR4-dependent manner. TLR4 mRNA of neutrophil is marked by m6A, exhibiting increased translation and slowed degradation simultaneously, leading to elevated protein level. Full-Text PDF Open Access
