Research on Simulation of Conductive Immunity of IO Control Module of Digital Control Circuit Based on ARM

This paper firstly analyzes the research status of integrated circuit (IC) electromagnetic and digital control circuit electromagnetic immunity simulation. Secondly, the parameters of passive devices on the coupling path of direct power injection interference of a set of digital control circuits based on ARM are extracted and the equivalent circuit model is established, and the IO pin simulation calculation model based on direct interference injection is established. The transient interference signal and continuous wave signal are used as interference input respectively, and the port response of ARM chip under the two kinds of interference is simulated.
