Moringa oleifera leaf polysaccharides exert anti-lung cancer effects upon targeting TLR4 to reverse the tumor-associated macrophage phenotype and promote T-cell infiltration

studies revealed that MOLP could induce the phenotypic switch from M2 macrophages to M1 by targeting TLR4. The current study highlights that MOLP are promising anticancer plant-derived polysaccharides with potential in modulating the immune microenvironment and have a bright application prospect in the immunotherapy of lung cancer.
