<p>Fads1 Null mice exhibited low viability when fed a basal AA-free (10% SAF) diet. Dietary supplementation with AA (0.1, 0.4, 0.6 and 2.0%, w/w) dose-dependently reversed the Fads1 Null mouse phenotype (n=3-5).</p>
