High Density Optical Disk Master Recorder

There are many difficulties to make small pit using a conventional master recorder with visible laser source[1-2]. A master recorder with UV Kr Laser(351nm) has been developed to make narrow pit width for achieving high density optical disk. The authors have developed master recorder which is composed of UV optics and ultra high precision position mechanical system.
