Effects of Cold Rolling and Annealing Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of CoFeNiMnV High‐Entropy Alloys

Combining powder plasma arc additive manufacturing (PPA-AM) with cold rolling and annealing, a new way of preparing high entropy alloys using an additive, rolling-integrated approach has been used, resulting in a significant refinement in the microstructure of the prepared high entropy alloys and a significant increase in their strength. As describe in the article number by 2201340 Xizhang Chen and co-workers, it provides a new idea to improve the mechanical properties of the high-entropy alloys prepared by additive manufacturing.
