We report a 3D porous Ni-Sn composite anode based on improved one-step electrodeposition. The elaborate electroplating process forms the composite structure of the inactive framework-active material with controllable morphology and structure, significantly improving cycling stability and capacity retention. The flexible porous copper substrate not only acts as a collector but also provides conductive channels. The composite is fabricated for the first time by the facile and low-cost method with outstanding conductivity, stability, and adaptability. Moreover, it can be integrated with flexible devices as a power unit. It exhibits a capacity of 657.1mAh g-1after the first 5 cycles and maintains excellent stability of 462.4 mAh g-1after 60 cycles, capable of powering MEMS devices, sensors, and other applications.
