The distributed event-triggered impulsive (DETI) consensus control problem for heterogeneous multiagent systems (HMS) is investigated in this paper. Based on the DETI control methodology, some sufficient conditions are presented to guarantee the consensus of HMS by using Lyapunov theory. Different from basic impulsive control algorithm, two event-triggered conditions to obtain the impulsive time instants rather than fixed sampling are adopted, the control input only occurs when the measurement error exceeds the threshold. As the updating frequency of controller is decreased, the energy consumption by the controller can also be reduced. In the end, simulation results are given to demonstrate the performance of DETI control methodology.
