An Optimized Operational Simulation Approach for Multi-Functional Commercial Building with Combined Electric-Heat Energy Storage Facilities

Commercial building consumes a major proportion of the whole society energy consumption due to its high energy consumption density. The buildings have constant heating and cooling demands, which are majorly supplied by the electric chillers, gas and electric boilers. This paper uses TRNBuild, TRNSYS and other methods to simulate energy systems in buildings, heating and cooling, and power loads, and analyzes the energy supply and demand of the systems. Then, according to the results, the corresponding energy management scheme is developed to achieve the overall energy management analysis of the system.
