Consensus of Chinese experts on protection of skin and mucous membrane barrier for health professions fighting against coronavirus disease 2019

摘要： 医护人员在防控冠状病毒感染疾病-19过程中极易发生皮肤黏膜屏障损伤，进而引起急、慢性皮炎、继发感染，还会加重原有皮肤疾病。本文围绕手部清洁、手套佩戴和使用口罩与护目镜所产生的问题，以及针对消毒紫外线、眼、耳、鼻、口腔、头发的皮肤黏膜屏障防护，介绍了具体防护措施及建议。为了保护皮肤黏膜屏障，应严格遵守穿戴防护设备及消毒清洁的规范，防护不足与过度都会对皮肤黏膜屏障产生不良影响；同时建议积极采用保湿等保护皮肤措施。
