The Negative Listings in Shanghai Free Trade Zone has important revelations for the future negotiating BIT between the Sino-American,but its nature needs to be studied. Some questions like the non-existent fields and sectors,alterability of the contents,rights from local governments and the interpretation of the content still remain problematic in the Negative Listings. China is a great and impressive country,when we negotiate with the US for the future BIT. We should take into account including the aspect of non-existent fields and sectors in Negative Listings,reserving the rights to change the contents,and offering different treatments in different jurisdictions in China,and make a rigorous expression of Negative listings.
