This paper is based on CBE theory and takes the construction of new energy vehicle application and maintenance major in Xinjiang Vocational and Technical College of Communications as an example. Through talent demand analysis, job capability analysis, talent training system and curriculum development system design, the “four-in-one with platform, education, ability and certificate” and “three platforms based on typical work tasks” curriculum system, which conform to the industry development, combines the reality of the college and are close to the needs of first-line positions are formed.
