Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Analysis Toolbox: A user friendly open source software for basic and advanced analysis and data sharing of TMS related outcomes

validation we show that, if enough data is available, this approach can estimate with high-accuracy the simultaneously acquired responses observed intracranially.In addition, we performed a source localization analysis and found that the resulting spatial patterns agree with their intracranial counterpart.These results not only demonstrate the feasibility of scalp-driven reconstruction of high-frequency responses in the brain, but also open the possibility of studying phenomena that up to date were only observable from an intracranial perspective to new experimental setups and subjects, as new groups of patients and neurotypical control subjects.
