The explore to the clinical value of detecting the HCV-RNA and Anti-HCV in patients with Hepatitis C

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of detecting the HCV-RNA and Anti-HCV in patients with Hepatitis C. Methods:113 cases of hepatitis C patients in hospital were selected as the object of study from January 2016 to July 2017.30 cases of healthy person were selected. The HCV-RNA load and Anti-HCV of all patients and healthy person were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR and ELISA respectively. Sanger sequencing was used for analyzing HCV genotype. THE ALT、AST and TBIL indicators were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results:The main genotypes of hepatitis c in the Yulin area of shaanxi were HCV1(72.57%),HCV2(8.85%),HCV3(4.42%),HCV6(6.19%).With the increase of HCV-RNA,the anti-HCV positive rate were increased. The S/CO value of anti-HCV was higher than that in the healthy control group,and the difference was significant. The differences of ALT,AST,and TBIL were statistical significance in 4 groups of HCV-RNA except for the AST in low-load and mid-load. Conclusion:The combination of HCV-RNA、anti-HCV detection and the detection of liver function detection has an important guiding value for early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of patients with hepatitis C.
