Size-controlled synthesis of porous ZnSnO 3 nanocubes for improving formaldehyde gas sensitivity

The size of the ZnSnO 3 nanocubes is about 100 nm with the corresponding specific surface area of 70.001 m 2 g −1 . A gas sensor based on porous ZnSnO 3 nanocubes shows high sensitivity and selectivity to formaldehyde.
