Based on the concept and connotation of warm power, in view of the new trend of thought under the new situation of current social and economic marketization, popularization of higher education, diversification of college groups and virtualization of people's communication, how to make use of warm power, on the basis of mutual understanding and trust, advocate the concept of kindness and friendship, seeking common ground while reserving differences, so as to warm people's hearts and minds. Attitudes and measures to sublimate humanity will deepen emotional exchanges between people, individuals, organizations and groups, eliminate barriers and precautions, create a fair, just and harmonious and happy university environment, create a positive atmosphere, and concentrate on promoting the development of higher education.
