Research on Automatic pH Control System of Nutrient Solution in Smart Plant Factory Based on STM32

With the acceleration of urbanization, the land use area of our country is gradually decreasing, so the development of intelligent plant factory technology for soilless cultivation is imperative, Soilless cultivation is inseparable from the use of nutrient solution, and the pH value of the nutrient solution directly affects the state, transformation and effectiveness of the nutrients in the nutrient solution. In view of the unstable and lagging characteristics of the pH control of the nutrient solution, a pH control scheme that can realize real-time control, easy operation and high control precision is proposed. This design proposes to use the expert PID algorithm, with STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the control core to design an intelligent plant factory nutrient solution pH automatic control system. The research results show that this design can effectively deal with the problem of pH regulation of nutrient solution in plant factories.
