A Study of the Construction of the "Internet +" Continuing Education Platform Based on Quality Diagnosis and Improvement Concept

Taking national professional training at Xinjiang Vocational and Technical College of Communications as an example, this paper explores and analyzes the five-level linkage structure of the base through schools, bases, courses, trainers, and students. Combining the basic operating unit of the "8-character Diagnosis Spiral" and relying on the intelligent technology platform, the "Internet +" continuing education platform quality assurance system based on the concept of quality diagnosis and improvement is established. And through the big data statistics and platform diagnosis and improvement report analysis during the operation of the platform, the platform's service functions can be improved in a targeted manner, and the ideas, methods and results of improving the training quality of the base effectively.
