A novel case of uterine tumor resembling ovarian sex‐cord tumor (UTROSCT) recurrent with GREB1‐NCOA2 fusion

The patient suffered a recurrence of uterine tumors 14 years after radical treatment. Incomplete cytoreductive surgery enabled a diagnosis of UTROSCT with a novel genetic fusion.
