Abstract A flexible and conformal thin film proximity sensor array based on organic semiconductor dinaphtho[2,3‐b:2′,3′‐f]thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene (DNTT) is demonstrated, which can be perfectly affixed onto the curved objects such as glass ball, human brain model, and even the deforming human skin. Both spatial position and shape can be registered with fast response when human finger or insulator plastic to be recognized is approaching and removing. This flexible, conformal organic semiconductor sensor array bears merits of low operation voltage (1 V) and ultralow power consumption (0.36 nW), which is ideal for applications of the electronic skin in future wearable electronics.
