In recent years, artificial intelligence has developed rapidly and gradually integrated into all aspects of citizen life. The development of artificial intelligence has not only promoted the transformation and upgrading of the economy and society, but also has a huge impact on the employment structure. This article sorts out the development process of artificial intelligence, summarizes the impact of artificial intelligence on employment, and then proposes measures to deal with the impact of artificial intelligence on employment.
