ABSTRACT In our country, intestinal parasitoses have high prevalence rates, especially in areas where sanitation and sanitary education conditions are deficient. Although in the last years campaigns have been carried out of preventive way and orientations of treatments in parasitological diseases, the enteroparasitoses, intestinal parasites, have not diminished of incidence In this sense, this work had the objective to evaluate to the predominant parasitoses in patients attended in a laboratory of clinical analyzes, in the city of Turilândia - MA. Study variables included: age and gender of the patients, whether or not the test was performed and etiological agent (s). The rates of positivity were related according to the sex and age of the patient. The study had the secondary data of EPF exams in the period from January to July of 2018 of the CDA laboratory located in the city of Turilândia, in the state of Maranhao, Brazil. The variables were analyzed through Software Worklabweb, a program used in the laboratory. The data of gender, age and results of the tests were correlated through a general table. Results of 525 EPF exams were analyzed, and of these, 50.86% presented positive results. Of these, 63.24% of the exams were done in women and 36.76% in men. Endolimax nana and eve enteorparasite cysts appeared in a greater number in all age groups and sex, with 28.9% of the results positive.
