A study of history in Chinese scented tea culture during the Tang dynasty and Song dynasty

现代学界基本上将花茶的起源上溯到南宋末或者元代，而真正关于花茶比较详实的论述，更是只上溯到了明代。然而笔者在研究唐宋茶诗之际，发现了一定数量的关于花茶的茶诗资料，故希冀藉此文对唐宋时代之花茶品饮状况及其文化进行考察与分析，从而对花茶文化起源及其发展之研究提供参考与佐证。
