Evaluation Model of Acute Mountain Sickness Based on item Response Theory

The acute mountain sickness caused by high altitude, low pressure and anoxic environment have seriously affected the health and life safety of people rushing into the plateau. Acute altitude sickness is the key point of medical treatment on the plateau, and it is also an important subject of mathematical research. In this paper, based on item response theory, the evaluation model of acute plateau disease is constructed by using binomial logistic model, and the goodness of fitting, global significance and prediction accuracy of the model were tested by statistical software, realized in theory of acute mountain sickness is a kind of judgment.
