日本茶道在发展的过程中出现了诸多流派，然而，作为日本茶道源头的中国，作为茶及茶文化发祥地的中国，从唐代陆羽撰写出世界第一部茶学专著《茶经》，标志着茶文化体系的诞生开始，经历了唐代团饼茶・煎茶法(亦称煮茶法)，宋代团饼茶・点茶法，元代添加茶・煮饮法，明清时代散叶茶・撮泡法（亦称冲泡法），直到二十世纪九十年代兴起于港台，如今已经流行于全国的茶艺，在中国茶文化漫长的历史当中，我们却找不到任何“流派”的踪影．
