Investment and construction in infrastructure, an important part of urbanization, plays a fundamental supporting role in the process ofurbanization.It has great significance forenhance the comprehensive carrying capacity of towns, improve the urban living environment and promote the development of new type of urbanization.However, the traditional pattern of infrastructure financing and construction brought a series of problems such as local government debt risk that made it need to innovate urgently.Public-Private-Partnership(PPP) is a new model to solvethe problems in the development of China's infrastructure, which form a risksharing, benefit sharing, long-term relationship of cooperation with thegovernment by attracting social capital to participate ininfrastructure.Intending to answer the questions of "how much will the infrastructure cost in the process ofurbanization?" and "where does the money come from?", the thesis studied the space-time evolution of infrastructure financing pattern and the PPP projects in China, and analyzed evolution mechanism and driving factorsby means of theoretical and empirical perspectives, identifiedthe laws of PPP's development.At last, an optimum model and policy suggestions are given to adapt to new situation of urbanization.The idiographic work is as follows:(1)On the base of systematically carding the cause and evolution of the pattern of infrastructure, from the view of geography including scale,pattern, process, mechanism and policy r...
