Evaluation of in vitro percutaneous absorption of UV filters used in sunscreen formulations

Some previous researches on sunscreening agents analysis have already been published. Thre analytical methods were developed for simultaneous determination of both filters in five emulsions under study. These methods were validated and adjusted to detect filters in such complex sample as: washes, surface layers of stratum corneum, epidermis without surface layer of stratum corneum, dermis and receptor fluid.
