Fatty liver of urban residents in Gan Zhou city and its risk factors analysis

Objective:To study the prevalence of fatty liver in Ganzhou city and its risk factors.Method:Collect complete data of 1 626 urban residents cases with physical examination,B ultrasound and biochemical test results in Medical Examination Center of The Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou City from July 2011 to June 2012.Results:The results revealed that 257 cases of fatty liver patients,the prevalence rate is 15.8%(male 20.3%,female 13.3%),risk factors of fatty liver are BMI,TG,ALT,FBG,HDL-C,and gender in turn.Conclusion:The prevalence rate of fatty liver for Ganzhou urban residents is lower than other parts of the regions.The occurrence of fatty liver is closely related to obesity,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia.
